As I was brainstorming topics for my exploratory blog, I noticed that mostly all of my question were based around psychology and why do the things we do. Examples of my questions are as followed:
Why do we have fears?
Why do we have insecurities?
What is love?
Social Interaction: what are social norms for interacting with other people?
What makes someone socially awkward?
How does one overcome shyness?
I then realized that the questions had a central theme: fears and insecurities. Thus, I decided to utilize fears and insecurities as my topic for my blog. Some questions that raised from this thought were...
What are insecurities and fears?
What are the most common insecurities and/or fears?
What are the least common?
How does one overcome a fear/insecurity effectively?
What are physical aspects of the body that fears/insecurities can do/change?
What are the psychological aspects of the body that fears/insecurities can do/change?
How does one develop an insecurity/fear?
Can an insecurity/fear lead in other things? Such as serious illness?
Are thare any advantages to having a fear/insecruity?
Who do we even get insecurities or fears?
